Michele Truelove is a seasoned visionary and servant leader with more than 17 years of experience in the convenience store industry and over two decades in the grocery sector. As the Senior Vice President of Retail at High’s, she has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, customer service, and sustainable growth across the company.

Michele began her journey at High’s as a store manager and has steadily advanced through the organization, gaining invaluable frontline experience that shapes her strategic leadership today. Her career trajectory has given her a deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities faced by her field teams, allowing her to set meaningful goals and inspire performance at all levels.

In 2022, Michele was recognized as one of the Top Women in Convenience for her outstanding contributions to retail operations. She is passionate about cultivating a strong culture of employee engagement and professional development.

Outside of her professional role, Michele finds joy in spending time with her growing family—especially her grandchildren—and actively volunteers with her local sports organization as a cheerleading coach and board member.
