During the registration process, those registering as an Attendee: Retailer/Fuel Marketer, Convenience Distributor, or Fuel Marketer/Fuel Jobber whose company is not currently a NACS member, will be prompted to upload a copy of their company’s business license or provide their company’s URL to show proof of retailer/buyer status. Those registering as a Convenience Distributor or Fuel Marketer/Jobber whose company is not currently an NACS member must provide a copy of their business license or company URL. If NACS finds that you do not qualify as an Attendee: Retailer/Fuel Marketer, Convenience Distributor or Fuel Marketer/Fuel Jobber for the NACS Show based on the descriptions listed below, we reserve the right to change your registration to a non-exhibiting supplier attendee and charge the applicable fee. If you do not fall into one of the categories listed below, you must register as an Attendee: Non-Exhibiting Supplier Full Conference at the appropriate rate.

• Retailer/Fuel Marketer – Owner/operator of retail store(s) in convenience or non-convenience (drug, mass, grocery, dollar store, specialty store, micro market, etc.) formats. (May also market fuel products to convenience stores.)
• Convenience Distributor – Distributes, but does not manufacture, a full line of products such as tobacco, confectionery, general merchandise, dry grocery, and frozen or perishable items for resale by convenience retailers. The typical convenience distributor provides delivery, credit, sales representation, and other value-added services to convenience retailers. Companies that manufacture and distribute their own products do not qualify as buyers and must register as Exhibitors and/or Non-Exhibiting Suppliers.
• Fuel Marketer/Jobber – Wholesaler of fuel; does not operate retail stores.

All media requesting credentials for the 2026 NACS Show must be approved by providing any of the following during the online registration process. Registrations submitted without the appropriate documentation may be denied.

• Your company URL
• A business card with name, editorial title and media outlet’s logo
• A copy of the masthead that clearly displays your name and editorial title
• A bylined industry-related article written and published within the last 12 months

It means that the NACS registration staff is reviewing your registration for approval. We will get back to you with your registration status via email within approximately two business days. In some cases, you may receive an email with a link to provide additional information. Please complete the requested information as soon as possible for timely approval.

Yes, all spouses are welcome to attend. They can register as a spouse and pay the appropriate attendee rate.

Yes, however, children 16 and over must be registered to attend the Show and pay the attendee rate to participate.  Children 16 and over are eligible to attend education sessions, general sessions and the expo, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Children 15 and under do not need to pay to attend, however they must still register for a badge onsite and a waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian that is approved by show management.  Please visit registration customer service area for assistance. Note: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Carts, wagons, strollers, and similar items will not be permitted in the exhibit hall at any time during show hours.

No one under the age of 18 will be permitted in the exhibit hall at any time during the NACS Show move-in and move-out.  Proof of age may be required.

NOTE: All attendees must be 21 years of age or older to attend the NACS Show Kick-Off Party on Tuesday, October 6. ID may be required upon entry to the party.

Carts, wagons, strollers, and similar items will not be permitted in the exhibit hall at any time during show hours. NACS reserves the right to decide what items may or may not pose a risk to safety or the experience for NACS Show attendees and prohibit any and all items it feels may pose such a risk or impair the experience of the Show. Of course, wheelchairs, scooters, and other equipment facilitating access and mobility for individuals with disabilities are permitted at all times.

To Register Another Colleague from Your Company
Step 1:  Start by searching for your own information.
Step 2:  Input the profile information for yourself as the initial registrant.
Step 3:  Continue through the registration process until you get to the Review and Check Out Page.
Step 4:  At the top of that page, click “Register Someone Else"

A unique email address is required for each registrant. However, on the Group Summary page, you will be given the opportunity to designate or create a Group Contact to receive show-related correspondence for the entire group booking. 

To Register Your Spouse/Significant Other (Non-Industry Guest):
Step 1:  Start by searching for your own information.
Step 2:  On the Review & Check Out page, click "Register a Spouse/Significant Other"
Step 3:  Input their first & last name into the required fields.
Step 4:  Continue through the registration process

All attendee NACS Show badge/registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to NACS Show Customer Service. A refund, less an administrative fee equal to 15% of the amount paid for registration, will be credited back to the original payment method if written notification is received on/before September 11, 2026. After September 11, 2026, the full amount of the registration fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given after this date under any circumstances. Transfer of your NACS Show registration to another person within your company may be done at any time without penalty. If you have any questions, please email or call us at 469-513-9489. 

All NACS Show registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to NACS Show Customer Service.

• Paid booth personnel and/or exhibitor upgrades to full conference, written cancellations received:
  • On/before September 29, 2026 – A refund, less an administrative fee equal to 15% of the amount paid for registration, will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • After September 29, 2026 – No refunds will be given after this date under any circumstances.
• Substitution/Transfers – No penalty fee. Registration can be substituted/transferred to another person within your company at any time.
• “No Show” Attendees - No refunds will be issued.

Badges will not be mailed in advance of the NACS Show. Attendees can pick up their badges on site at several locations. More information about how to pick up your badge on site will be provided closer to the event and at nacsshow.com. Photo ID, with name that matches your badge name, will be required to pick up your badge on site. In the event you lose or misplace your badge after picking it up on site, you will incur a $100 reprint fee for the first reprint. If an additional reprint is needed, the full on site registration cost will be charged.

Most exhibitor badge changes can be done by your company’s trade show contact through the registration portal. 

To make changes to your registration list, log into your registration portal and select “Add/Edit/View Personnel” from the options on the left hand side. Once on the “Add/Edit/View Personnel” page, select “View Current Registrants & Cancellations”.  Here you can see a list of everyone who is registered (or cancelled). 

To cancel a registration that has no payment associated with the registration, simple click the red “X” next to the person’s name. To cancel a paid registration, you must contact Customer Service at  (469) 513-9489 or by email at [email protected] for assistance.

Attendees and exhibitors may NOT exchange, give, trade or sell their NACS Show badge to anyone. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be immediately removed from the convention and no refund for registration fees paid will be provided. Exhibitors caught sharing or purchasing exhibitor badges for retailer/buyer attendees will lose all exhibiting priority points for 2026 (maximum 8 points).

2. The company must be a NACS member

4. All registrations must be submitted at the same time
