New Exhibitor Area

The New Exhibitor Area is designed to concentrate our new and exciting exhibitors into one high-traffic, high-energy, can't-miss area of the exhibit hall. The New Exhibitor Area features extra benefits like extended exhibit hall hours, a dedicated entrance, and plenty of promotion and publicity to keep traffic flowing throughout all three days of the NACS Show. If you are a new exhibitor at the NACS Show, we want your first experience to be huge success!

Membership Requirement

Any company exhibiting in the New Exhibitor Area, is required to be a current NACS or PEI Member.

NACS Supplier Membership

The cost of membership is $1,350 annually. Learn more about the benefits of membership.

* NACS Supplier Membership applies only to organizations, not to individuals within an organization. Should an individual CEO/Owner/Founder/Executive or any individual with qualifying ownership stake in an organization create a new organization, it would be considered a New Exhibitor based on the new membership (organization membership is nontransferable).

2025 Price and Size Limitations

  • $38.50 per square foot (NACS Member Price)
  • Maximum booth size of 10’x10’

What's Included

  • 10’x10’ exhibit space that includes:
    • 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side-rail drape
    • Booth id sign
    • A complimentary company listing in the online, mobile, and printed Exhibitor Directory
    • Three (3) badges for booth personnel providing access to the exhibit hall for setup, show hours, and dismantle
    • NOTE: Booth floor covering is mandatory and must be provided by the exhibitor (not included in the booth fee).
  • Extra, dedicated exhibiting hours for this section only:
    • 10:30am - 11:30am on day 1 (1 additional hour)
    • 10:30am - 11:30am on day 2 (1 additional hour)
  • Prominent marketing to retailers about this new area

When Can I Select My Booth?

Your booth selection date is determined by the number of priority points you have. Please refer to the chart below. You will be sent an email on the Thursday before your selection date, and again on the actual selection date with links and instructions on how to submit your booth application. You will have 48 hours to submit your application. Priority point ties are broken by length of active NACS membership.

Floor Plan

NACS has segmented the New Exhibitor Area into five main areas to enable buyers to shop for products and services more efficiently. Exhibiting suppliers must display at least 60% of product applicable for a specific area to qualify. View product categories (PDF) associated with each area. The five product areas are:
