Mr. Rounds has over 35 years experience in UST risk management including development of risk financing programs, risk transfer mechanisms and loss control programs.  He is the former Administrator of the Iowa UST Fund and is the CEO of PMMIC Tank Insurance which specializes in petroleum storage tank insurance.  He is the Chair of ASTM E50.01 Tanks Subcommittee and is the task group leader developing the Aging Tank standard.
