Mike Wilson, Vice President Trade Marketing Development, is a tobacco industry veteran with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience, including Territory Manager, Division Manager, Account Executive, and Senior Director for the Charlotte Region.
Throughout his career, Mike has embraced servant leadership to inspire, motivate, and energize high-performing teams. Mike firmly believes that putting people – the team, customers, and consumers first in the plans, will fuel continuous and sustained growth across all dimensions of the industry.
A life-long learner, Mike takes great pride in understanding the competitive landscape to proactively lead strategies that build winning brands and deliver strong commercial results for both Reynolds & the broader BAT Group. On the personal side, Mike and his wife Heather are the proud parents of 2; Ellie, their 14-year-old daughter, and Jack, their 10-year-old son. As a family, they enjoy skiing, golfing, traveling, and volunteering to give back to the Winston-Salem community.
