What is the NACS Show Convenience Catalyst Showcase?

The Convenience Catalyst showcase is an exclusive opportunity for select waitlisted supplier members with innovative products to display them in a special exhibit within the Cool New Products Preview Room - the top destination outside of the expo. Last year, over 7,000 attendees visited the Preview Room. 

The Convenience Catalyst showcase will be vibrantly branded, calling attention to the 50 outstanding products we have selected, and becoming its own destination within the Cool New Products Preview Room.  

All products will have a scan card with a QR code that provides product and sales contact information. Attendees can scan for more details about the product, and in turn you will receive the leads for individuals who opt-in to share their contact information.

Eligible suppliers must apply by August 9 to be considered. Note, applying does not guarantee participation as there are a limited number of spaces available.

Who is eligible to apply?

Participation in The Convenience Catalyst Showcase is by invitation only.  

A NACS panel reviewed the exhibit space applications of waitlisted companies and chose supplier members with products most relevant to the current trends and needs in the industry.  

Supplier companies must also meet the following criteria: 

Be a current NACS supplier member in good standing. 

Be a supplier of in-store merchandise. 

Have a product that is new or new to the NACS Show on or after October 2023.

What is the application process and cost?

Submit your application by August 9. 

There is a $2,500 fee to participate. Payment is due by August 23. 

After payment is received, you will receive a link to provide product details and shipping labels.   

Where and when do I ship my product and how much product do I send?

NACS will send shipping labels and deadlines once payment is received. Please refer to the NACS Show Convenience Catalyst Requirements and Specifications (PDF) for additional conditions.  

Should I plan to attend the NACS Show?

No, registration for the NACS Show is not required.  

The Convenience Catalyst showcase is a display only opportunity. Sales personnel are prohibited from selling or promoting their product inside of the Cool New Products Preview Room,  or Convenience Catalyst showcase, or anywhere else on the NACS Show fFloor or meeting space.

If I participate in Convenience Catalyst, will I be able to get a booth at the NACS Show too?

Participation in Convenience Catalyst does not impact your position on the 2024 NACS Show wait list. Contact your exhibits manager for questions about your current wait list status.

• Product visibility through the NACS Show, October 7-10.  
• Convenience Catalyst Top 10 leaderboard at the NACS Show. 
• Listing in the NACS Show online directory and mobile app.  
• Leads from your product display delivered in real-time to your dashboard.  
• Five (5) priority points toward 2025 NACS Show booth selection. 
• Images from the Convenience Catalyst showcase. 
• Eligible for the post-Show Cool New Products Innovations Box.
