The Hunter Club Lounge is a private, upscale retreat where you are invited to take a break from the exhibit hall, exchange ideas with friends and make new profitable connections. You’ll enjoy complimentary breakfast and lunch, along with snacks and beverages served throughout the day.
The entrance to the Hunter Club Lounge is located at room S100 on Level 1 of the South Building at McCormick Place Convention Center, Chicago, IL.

The lounge is only available to Hunter Club members with Full Conference badges. You must have your Hunter Club logo and Full Conference badge to gain access. The Lounge is also made available to pre-approved MOC attendees, NACSPAC 5 Star retail donors, current Retail Board of Directors, and all Retail Past Presidents and Chairmen. Ribbons with these identifications must be worn to gain access.

There will be a Hunter Club counter in the main registration area at McCormick Place Convention Center, Tuesday, October 14, through Friday, October 17, if you need to make changes to your registration.
Hunter Club exhibitor benefits include an allotment of complimentary Full Conference badges based on level of engagement. These complimentary badge allotments can be redeemed via the Exhibitor Portal under Badge Registration.
Exhibitors
Hunter Club exhibitors may upgrade their booth personnel badges to a Full Conference Registration for $225 per badge. In addition to admittance to the exhibit hall, full conference registration includes:
Companies that have exceeded their booth personnel allotments can purchase additional Full Conference badges at $325 per person. You may purchase Full Conference registration pre-show online, or on-site at main registration. Note: Only Full Conference Hunter Club members are invited to use the Hunter Club Lounge (bring up to 2 guests, see Guest Policy).
Non-Exhibitors
Non-exhibiting Hunter Club members must purchase a Full Conference badge to access the Hunter Club Lounge. The cost per badge will differ based on organization type (e.g., retailer, supplier).
NACS MOC Members
NACS Major Oil Company (MOC) members may preassign five (5) attendees with access to the Hunter Club Lounge. Attendees receiving access must be pre-assigned by October 3. MOC company primary contacts will receive information on assigning attendees access in August. Assigned attendees may check-in at the front desk in the Hunter Club Lounge to recieve access to the lounge.

The Hunter Club Lounge boasts three semi-private meeting rooms, each with seating for 6-8 people. The meeting rooms are for exclusive use by Hunter Club members only and are available in hourly slots during Hunter Club Lounge hours.
You can reserve a room onsite at the Hunter Club Lounge reception desk or pre-reserve by contacting Colleen at [email protected]. Online reservations will be available by Hunter Club level in mid-August 2025.
Easily identifiable by their NACS Staff badge, several staff members will be on hand in the Hunter Club Lounge to answer any questions you may have.
