Gen Comtois is a senior adviser, executive leader, and speaker with 25+ years of experience across Retail, Energy, and Mobility. Alongside advisory and fractional executive engagements, she has been involved with NACS and served on the Transportation Energy Institute’s Board of Advisors and EV Council for the last six years.
Previously, she led the North American EV charging strategy and rollout for Shell, building and managing a 25+ person cross-functional team and collaborating with senior leadership across subsidiaries, wholesalers, and partners to establish its on-the-go network across the US and Canada.
A respected people champion, Gen has led women’s career development and senior leadership programs across the Americas and brings an extensive track record in P&L delivery, commercial growth, marketing, sales, and operations. A graduate in business (B.B.A. Marketing), she earned an Executive MBA from McGill University.
