Parker's Kitchen

As the Senior Director of Construction I lead the strategic planning and execution of Parker's Kitchen construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and with operational excellence. I also manger and mentor a team of CPM's and vendors, all while overseeing renovations, store improvements, ground-up buildouts and large scale projects.  In addition to construction responsibilites this year i took over environamental operations, further supporting the company commitment to sustainability and compliance while playing a key role in driving innovation, optimizing processes and supporting the company's growth objectives.  With my extensive experience in both C-Store industry, construction development, and hold numerous certifications in construction and petroleum operations, I have grown my carreer over the last 24 plus years in the C-Store space.  Spent a decade as a CPM for a national C-store company,  and earlier in my carreer worked with Green Mountain Construciton in San Antonio, TX and D'Astuto Construction in Bellmawr, NJ.  In my free time myself and wife spend countless hours coaching and attending my two boys travel baseball obsession.  Also when i get the chance I always like a good country concert and offshore fishing.
