Matthew is the General Manager of Night 'n Day, a family-owned convenience store franchisor that encompasses 54 stores. With a background in accounting and a Chartered Accountant Matthew combines financial expertise with real-world retail experience gained from operating Night 'n Day franchises in Auckland, Dunedin, and Wanaka alongside his wife.

Having grown up in the business and held roles in Business Development and Finance, Matthew brings a practical, franchisee focused perspective to leadership. Matthew is passionate about helping convenience stores adapt to changing customer needs and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced retail environment.
