Kim Bush

Kim Bush serves as Associate General Counsel for North America at BIC Corporation, where she leads the North American legal team in managing complex litigation and claims, with a focus on product liability matters. In addition to overseeing BIC’s North American litigation strategy, Kim spearheads the company’s Anti-Counterfeiting Enforcement and Litigation initiatives, protecting the integrity of BIC’s global brand. She also plays a critical role in advising and collaborating with international teams on strategic legal issues, particularly those involving the Group Lighter business in North America.

Kim began her legal career in private practice as a litigator and trial attorney in Connecticut, where she handled a broad spectrum of cases, including commercial and product liability litigation, bankruptcy, and insurance defense. Her extensive background in litigation, combined with deep operational and strategic experience, has positioned her as a trusted legal and business advisor in both corporate and global contexts.
