Jeremy Zenlea is a distinguished leader in food safety and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Vice President of Health and Safety at EG America123. In this role, he oversees all aspects of food and occupational safety, including regulatory compliance (OSHA, USDA, FDA, state, and local), retail and commissary food safety operations, and supply chain integrity12.
