I started working at GATE Petroleum, based in Jacksonville, FL,  21 years ago as a Store Manager.  Throughout that time, I worked a variety of roles within the company which ultimately lead to the role of Research and Development Chef in 2016.  Over the past 8 years, we have developed food service programs with many offerings in our C-stores.  Currently, we have 30 "Fresh Kitchen" concepts within our 70+ C-store locations with plans to grow in the future.  In addition, I have also been responsible for equipment advancement and implementation at our locations, leading us to further develop our food programs.

Single topic session which is a solo presenter and acts more like an university lecture. Must include multiple media, audience interaction, etc.

Multiple presenters, experts in a certain field discussing and sharing expertise and experience with one another.
