Exclusive booth selection materials available only to NACS Hunter Club and PEI Priority Club members.
2026 NACS Show
Location: Las Vegas Convention Center - Las Vegas, Nevada
Expo Dates: October 7-9, 2026
Booth Rate: $39.00 per square foot (member rate)
Booth Size & Growth Limitations - Booth size growth for all participating exhibitors will be limited.
- Exhibitors must maintain the same booth size for at least three (3) consecutive exhibiting years at the NACS Show before being allowed to increase booth size. If size consistency is confirmed, incremental growth may be permitted.
- Factors that may affect booth growth include mergers and acquisitions, broker and distributor partnerships, and NACS or PEI premium membership levels.
- First-time exhibitors will be subject to a maximum booth size based on membership level.
Priority Booth Selection (Second Booth) – Only Gold Hunter Club Members can select an additional booth during priority space selection after all Hunter Club companies have selected their primary location. If Silver and Bronze level members would like to reserve a second booth location, they may choose after priority space selection based on their priority point ranking and schedule.

- Booth Size Not Available? - NACS is flexible to reconfigure booths where possible to avoid loss of resalable exhibit space.

After Your Appointment
- Submit Exhibit Space Application - The application will serve as your official 2026 NACS Show booth contract.
- Include booth number and booth size confirmed during your scheduled appointment.
