The Cool New Products Preview Room is based on the Show Expo and organized into five categories—Facility Operations; Foodservice; Fuel Equipment & Services; Merchandise, Candy and Snacks; and Technology. Thursday hours are 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday hours are 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
