Courtney Trieger is the Manager of Retail Asset Protection Support for Cumberland Farms, where she leads centralized retail asset protection support and investigative analytics across more than 1,400 convenience store locations. With more than 13 years of experience in retail asset protection, she specializes in data-driven investigations, fraud detection, operational compliance, and the development of scalable processes that strengthen loss prevention programs.

Throughout her career, Courtney has led enterprise-wide initiatives that improve investigative efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and support field operations through innovative technology and data analytics. She is passionate about turning complex information into actionable insights, developing practical solutions to operational challenges, and empowering teams through training and continuous improvement.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Courtney serves as Co-Chair of Cumberland Farms' Inclusion & Diversity Council, where she helps lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, professional development, and an inclusive workplace culture. She is committed to fostering collaboration, embracing innovation, and sharing best practices that help organizations and individuals succeed.
