Jerome Rose

Jerome Rose is an accomplished sales leader with an exceptional track record of working closely with large Fortune 500 retail and consumer goods companies. Jerome joined Microsoft in January of 2020 after more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience. He started his career at IBM where he held various positions in sales and sales management. After several years at IBM Jerome joined Systems Maintenance Services in 2009, a mid-market technology services company, now known as Curvature. In 2013 Jerome assumed responsibility for North American sales, a position he held until early January 2020.

In his current role Jerome leads a group at Microsoft that works with over 160 retail and consumer goods companies in the central and western areas of the US.

Jerome has a BBA from Baylor University and a MBA from Southern Methodist University. In his free time Jerome enjoys traveling with his wife, attending sports events and chasing around his three young sons. His community involvement includes the United Way, INROADS and the Innocence Project. He is also on the advisory board for the Baylor University professional selling program within the Baylor Business School.
