Helena Jette

Helena Jette is the Director of Market Development & Biofuels at the Indiana Soybean Alliance, Indiana Corn Marketing Council and Indiana Corn Growers Association, which are non-profit associations serving Indiana corn and soybean farmers. Helena manages all market development and infrastructure relationships that involve renewable fuels and has developed a rapport with the fuel retail sectors, ethanol biorefineries, and various agriculture, fuel and retail associations. Her role includes event planning, sponsorships, and logistics for a variety of state and national events that support awareness and foundational platforms for growing biofuels demand in Indiana, domestically and abroad.

She also serves as President Council member for Indiana Food & Fuel Association and has held the position of Board President for Greater Indiana, an alternative fuels coalition, for the past four years.

Prior to joining ISA, ICMC and ICGA in 2018, Helena was Lead District Manager for Speedway Convenient Stores in Indiana. Her expertise included leading several store goals in KPI’s, training, marketing, inventory management, loss prevention, achieving customer service goals, food and beverage quality oversight, hiring as well as succession planning for various staffing roles for team members.

Before 2013, Helena was the Branch Manager for Wachovia which transitioned to Wells Fargo in Washington DC and Southern Maryland locations. She has assisted with several mergers and acquisitions with fuel retail, financial institutions, and the hospitality sector to include hotel and restaurant management experience. 

Ahead of Helena’s financial institution experience in 2009, she was VIP Concierge Host and Residential Service Manager for MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV. She was responsible for the execution of the strategic direction and performance of concierge operations. She worked directly with 14 properties and was responsible for luxury client experiences, that purchased residential property of the strip, when visiting Las Vegas. 

Helena is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana with a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management and currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with her boyfriend and her two children.
