Elise Fennig

Elise Fennig is chief of staff and senior vice president of operations for the National Confectioners Association (NCA). Based in Washington, D.C., NCA is the trade organization representing the $48 billion U.S. confectionery industry. In this role Elise manages operations, develops and executes strategic initiatives to support members and promote industry interests, guides the programmatic activities of the membership and supports the governance of the association.

Elise has more than 15 years’ experience in consumer packaged goods industry trade association management. Prior to joining NCA Elise held positions with The Kraft Heinz Company, the Grocery Manufacturers Association and the American Frozen Food Institute.

She has a bachelor’s degree in foreign affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia and a master’s in public relations from the University of Florida. She lives in Falls Church, Virginia, with her husband and daughter.
