• September 30 – Product Descriptions Due
• October 2 – Advanced Warehouse Shipping Deadline 
• October 7 – Product Descriptions Published  
• October 8 – Direct to Showsite Shipments Accepted
• October 12-13 – Hand-Delivery Product Deadline 
• October 13 (5:30pm) – Display Set-Up Complete 
• October 14 – Cool New Products Preview Room Opens (Day BEFORE Expo) 
• October 16 –  Intent to Donate or Pick-Up  
• October 17 (2:00-4:00pm) – Product Pick-Up/Outbound Shipping
