The NACS Leadership for Success Program brings the brightest supervisors in the industry together each year to develop their leadership skills. This group values integrity and commits to developing their team and themselves into better leaders. For the past five months, the participants have been working on reducing turnover, increasing employee engagement, and developing store managers by developing plans, setting goals, and tracking their progress. They are ready to share their results and success stories. Come to this session to learn from your peers on what worked (and what didn’t!) as they actively worked on developing and strengthening their team.
