Moderated Q&A with small panel with efforts to drive diverse perspective; after 3 minutes on question, buzzer sounds and move to next question; forces people to be brief and clear on answers.

Single topic session which is a solo presenter and acts more like an university lecture. Must include multiple media, audience interaction, etc.

Facilitator stimulates point/counterpoint debate on key industry topic.

This group values integrity and commits to developing their team and themselves into better leaders. For the past five months, the participants have been working on reducing turnover, increasing employee engagement, and developing store managers by developing plans, setting goals, and tracking their progress. They are ready to share their results and success stories. Come to this session to learn from your peers on what worked (and what didn’t!) as they actively worked on developing and strengthening their team.
