What the New Tobacco Signage Requirements Mean for Retailers

The Department of Justice and tobacco manufacturers settled a long-standing litigation over in-store corrective statement signs over the summer. This litigation requires tobacco companies to supply court-ordered signs to retail stores that have contracts with any of them.
