I hear a lot of people talk about ESG, but I’m not necessarily sure what it all entails or if I need to develop a strategy around it.

As environmental, social and governance (ESG) awareness and requirements grow with consumers, industry vendors and financial institutions, it is important for all companies to look at their ESG strategy. In this session, both a publicly held and privately held company will share their ESG journeys and how they are evolving their practices for the future to move beyond the “E,” and include the “S” and “G.” Jeff Hove of the Fuels Institute will also share a tool it has authored to help with reporting, as well as the upcoming SEC reporting requirements.

List things to consider in putting together a company ESG strategy
Explain to leadership how ESG reporting, whether required or not, will improve your positioning in the industry
Consider how your organization will comply with required reporting to the SEC
