Founded in 1925 in Lawrence Ma, Haffner’s has grown from a single “filling” station to 72 retail locations providing fuel, food and carwashes to customers throughout New England. In addition to convenience stores, the Haffner’s team serves nearly 50,000 Heating Oil and Propane customers. In 2015, Haffner's was purchased by Energy North and continues to expand as a family-owned and operated business.
Steve Evans joined the Haffner’s family in 2021, bringing with him 20 years of experience in Fortune 200 Engineering and Oil and Gas companies, including Marathon Oil and Global Partners.
Steve is a recognized business minded change agent who started his IT career on the Support Desk and worked in multiple technology and management positions.
As Haffner’s first Chief Technology Officer he is responsible for all technology strategy, operations and security.
