Kathy currently leads the shopper insights and thought leadership team at Acosta Group.  She has over 25 years of experience at major Consumer Goods companies, holding leadership positions in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Innovation, and Analytics at companies such as P&G, Neutrogena, Paramount Pictures, and Anheuser-Bush InBev.  Her broad marketing and consumer insights expertise, combined with her strategic thought leadership, has contributed to the growth of major companies and brands.  Kathy holds an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University and a BA in Economics/Management from Albion College.
