Julie Swift has been described as “more cowboy than corporate,” and is known to bring a down-to-earth willingness to see and speak the truth to everything she does. As owner of her own consulting firm, Julie Swift, LLC, she activates her over 30 years of Foodservice industry experience with companies like French’s Foods, McCormick and Advantage Solutions – Waypoint, on behalf of manufacturers who are working to better their go-to-market approaches as well as drive broker effectiveness and efficiency.
Julie’s leadership in the Foodservice industry spans across sales, marketing and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in senior and executive leadership roles along with two years of service as an Inaugural DE&I Board member with Advantage Solutions. She’s been decorated with Marketer of the Year and Sales Leader of the Year Awards as well as being a three-time Top Women in Grocery awardee.
In addition to her consulting business, Julie is the Founder of a non-profit organization, Foodservice Women’s Alliance. Julie, along with the FWA Board, aims to fill a wide gender gap prevalent in Foodservice, recognizing this gap is exponentially so for women of color. FWA aligns women and gender marginalized people to needed resources, driving autonomy over their success track as well as working with Foodservice companies to accelerate the build for inclusive environments where more diverse work forces can truly belong.
