Jennie Bucciero, affiliate consultant for Fortify Leadership Group and President of Bucciero Consulting, Inc. is known to her clients for her ability to offer a fresh perspective on the customer experience. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with broad HR experience, she brings principles of process excellence, project management, and effective leadership, and adapts them to an organization’s style and needs. She combines this with her expertise as a strategic facilitator and communicator to be able to help her clients drive key human capital initiatives to successful completion.
She has partnered with clients on process excellence, technology implementations in payroll and HRIS, culture and talent processes, leader and team effectiveness, benefits and compensation processes, data management, and recruiting. Her global experience spans the financial, technology, manufacturing and health care industries, partnering with business leaders to shape the people processes required to propel her clients’ business strategies.
Jennie also spent over 15 years in corporate roles, working for AbbVie, Abbott Laboratories, Genworth Financial, and Capital One, across a variety of disciplines including employee engagement, talent attraction, communications, talent management, learning and development, project management, and information systems. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and an SPHR certification.
She speaks on topics such as the role of process improvement in the candidate and employee experience, storytelling as a tool for change, driving enterprise culture change programmatically and driving talent practices and processes to achieve business outcomes.
She lives in Libertyville, IL where she enjoys time with her husband and two boys, ages 6 and 10.
