Chris Postlewaite

Senior Director, Retail
Minuteman Food Marts

I started “working” in my uncle George’s BBQ restaurant at the age of three.  I found convenience retailing pretty early as well and at the age of 13 started making sandwiches, pizzas and Stromboli’s in my family’s country store.  Helping people enjoy life through food started at a very young age.  I spent just over three years in the Navy right out of high school and purchased two c-stores after being honorably discharged.  I have worked for large and small c-store companies and have owned my own restaurants and bars.  Most recently, I've worked with a very talented team of people at CEFCO Convenience Stores leading the Food & Beverage group.  This group included all restaurant operations and marketing for Subway, Which Wicht, Little Caesar’s, Carl’s Jr, Sonic, and Huddle House as well as all category management of c-store prepared food programs, dispensed beverage programs, and the Kolache House bakery/commissary.  I moved to Holmes Oil Company's Cruizers in North Carolina as Director of Foodservice helping them build a food centric brand prior to its sale to Refuel.  I am currently running the retail division of Campbell Oil Company in Elizabethtown, NC which consists of 15 branded restaurants and 62 convenience stores.
