Bill Williamson is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at Monster Energy. He has responsibility over NORAM, LATAM & OCEANA covering 47 countries. Bill leads a 162-person team with functional responsibility for S&OP, customer service, production planning, co-packer management, inventory control, warehousing, transportation and logistics.
With over 26 years of commercial experience across the consumer products industry, Bill has a had an unconventional career path. He has experienced the retailer, the distributor and the manufacturer side of the business. He began his career as a driver for McLane Company. He was quickly promoted to buyer covering both food service and c-store industries. Bill then transferred to Bentonville as an investment buyer AKA “diverter” to later become the Divisional Merchandising Manager at Sam’s club. There, he was the core architect for the launch of Sam’s Club dot.com, special orders and exports. Bill went on to spend 8-years in a sales role for Brambles selling B2B logistics services covering national retailers. The last 10 years was spent at Pabst Brewing Co. Bill held several positions of increased responsibility in sales, M&A, brand licensing, PMO, commercial finance, distributor network strategy and pricing. His last role with Pabst was Chief Supply Chain Officer leading the companies “supply transformation”.
He is considered by many as a “thought leader”. With a dynamic personality, he is radically transparent while cautiously disruptive and is a true catalyst for change.
Bill holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. Bill has additional academic accreditations such as; Certified Diversity and Inclusion Trainer, Six Sigma Green Belt, Walton Institute of Retailing and Advanced Leadership Development.
Bill & his wife Kindra are proud parents of 7. Bill enjoys endurance sports. He is a two-time Ironman triathlete and a Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim finisher.
