The post Covid years have continued to put stress on the available labor market in our sector. Potential employees are coming in at higher wage requirements with more employment demands such as flexible hours. The cost of employee turnover increases with each new hire. This session will work on making you the employer of choice where our prospects multiple opportunities? We will teach pre-interview, interview and post interview processes that will help your ultimate decisions. The key is to create a consistent process from application to training. Once we have them trained, we will look at how we can keep them a happy, efficient and long-term employee. We will also look at how using social media can make our talent searches more effective.

Small Operator Workshops are limited to the first 50 attendees on-site. These are working sessions where participants should only join if committed to staying for the full class. Slides and recordings of these sessions will not be shared.
