I'm struggling to attract more customers during low traffic time periods

There are 24 hours in a day, but no two hours are the same. Consumers changed their habits in 2020—some of which are here to stay. Retailers have and continue to make adjustments including stepping up their technology game to redefine convenience. While building basket size and bringing customers back remain top priorities, should category focus be emphasized as much as it currently is? This session will cover how sales can be maximized by leveraging daypart differences and the customers' various trip missions throughout the day.
