Kwik Trip, Inc.

Marty serves as Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance for Kwik Trip, Inc. in La Crosse, Wisconsin.  The Food Safety & Quality Assurance department has two main responsibilities, protecting public health and protecting the Kwik Trip, Inc. brand.  The Food Safety and Quality Assurance Department achieves this through a robust Recall and Withdrawal Process that ensures products are pulled from shelves in a timely manner as well as utilizing a vendor approval process, Food Supply Chain Assessments, audits (internal and external) and a variety of other programs.  Kwik Trip strives to continuously improve the food safety programs throughout their food supply chain and their retail stores. 

Kwik Trip, Inc. owns and operates over 640 retail stores throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.  Kwik Trip, Inc. is a vertically integrated beverage and food production company with its own distribution center and transportation division.   

Marty received a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1994.  In 2015 Marty completed the Certified Comprehensive Food Safety through NEHA.  He enjoys running, boating, traveling, and spending time with his wife Lisa and their three children, Leah, Nick and Manny.  They reside in Brice Prairie, WI.
