Travis joined IMST in 1995 as a project manager and has accumulated more than 20 years of client experience evaluating single-sites for retail potential. Travis has worked as a key resource for independent, chain, and brand clients with site selection, market planning, and multi-site network analysis.
Travis has extensive experience and work background with GIS mapping and demographics. He has implemented a suite of GIS location applications for convenience, fuel, and fast food site evaluation and has expanded IMST profit center forecasting to include car wash, quick lube, liquor store, coin-laundry, and hotel. Travis leads a team of seasoned IMST project managers and directs site visits, data collection, forecasting, reporting, and client services. Travis has conducted site seminars and coordinated site evaluation programs for store chains, fuel distributors, branded sales groups, and industry associations.
