Heather Davis joined Parker’s as the Director of Food Service in 2017. In her position, Davis is responsible of overseeing food service operations in 33 kitchen stores.
Before joining Parker’s, she served as Director of Operations for Born To Eat, LLC a Five Guys Franchisee. During her tenure she oversaw all aspects of operations including vendor relations, systems implementation, human resources, and daily operations in multiple Five Guys locations throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Davis’s area of expertise is in the training and development of her teams to deliver on customer service, food quality and cleanliness expectations. Her career also includes new store openings and restaurant management with Sticky Fingers.
Originally from Jacksonville, FL, she attended Fletcher High School and currently resides in Bloomingdale, GA with her husband Daniel and 3 children.
