Rick leads Industry Development for Mondelez International; North America. Mondelez International, Inc. is one of the world’s largest snacks companies, with 2015 net revenues of approximately $30 billion and leading market shares in every category in which they compete. Some of the many Mondelez International brands include Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, belVita, Ritz, Wheat Thins, Triscuit; Toblerone; Trident, Stride, Dentyne, Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish candies! 

Rick has been in the Packaged Goods industry since 1977. During his career, he has held leadership positions within Kraft Foods, Nabisco, Procter & Gamble and Safeway Food Stores. His Business Development leadership assignments have spanned multiple retail segments and included Wal-Mart, Supervalu, Safeway, Costco, Giant Foods, PeaPod, FreshDirect.com and Amazon.com to name a few. In June 2006, Consumer Goods Technology magazine recognized Rick as one of the “CPG Industry’s 20 Top Visionaries”.  

Rick and his wife, Dee reside in Richmond, Virginia.
