Designed for those in marketing and operations alike, attendees should come prepared with the answers to the following questions: 1) What makes your business different from your competition? 2) Other than making money, why is your company in this business? (This is often described as a Purpose, Mission, or Core Belief.) 3) What is your vision? If your business could do or be something amazing, what would it be? 4) What brands (inside or outside of the C-Store industry) do you aspire to operate like, look like, feel like?
