Coaching happens in day-to-day conversations – it drives and inspires the great performance you want from employees while providing helpful feedback for things that should change. A good coach creates a non-threatening environment where, when team members make “safe” mistakes, they learn from them. Good coaches help employees own their performance, take accountability and grow – and that includes taking ownership for coaching discussions and feedback, too. Good leaders need to be in a coaching mode at all times and this session, designed for anyone who manages people, will help you master teachable moments.
